Midwest Writing Center's mission is: Fostering appreciation of the written word, supporting and educating its creators. The simplicity of  Midwest Writing Center's mission sums up our commitment to the art of writing and our support of writers. 

The Midwest Writing Center is now able to accept Visa and MasterCard for memberships, registrations, and book sales.

All programs are partially supported by a grant from the Illinois Arts Council, a state agency.
