Whether

business in need of someone with a special skill set –
welcome!
The
Midwest Writing Center created this database in response
to the frequent inquiries from the
community for information on individuals who provide
such services as critiquing, creative and
technical writing, layout, graphic design, publishing,
web design, marketing help and many others.
We
believe that by featuring the talented individuals in
Western Illinois and Eastern Iowa that
perform these services is one more way to carry out our
mission of “Fostering appreciation for
the written word, supporting and educating its
creators.”
Those
who are listed in this Directory have included their
preferred contact information and a
professional profile that highlights their skills,
experience, and education.
You can
search this database by professional profile or by
specialty.
It is
up to the client and the freelance professional listed
in this directory to determine a contract
for the service provided. The time frame for the job to
be completed, fees or charge associated
with the service and other expectations should be
established in a contract which both parties
agree upon.
If you
or your business would like to be listed in our
directory, please fill out the Directory
Application. You must be a member of the Midwest Writing
Center to be included in our online
listing. Membership dues (starting at $30 annually; $25
for students/seniors; $50 for a family
membership) can be paid when you submit your
Directory
Application. Dues can be paid by check,
cash or by PayPal below.
